The school was established in Istanbul in 2016.

It initially operated in the Yenibosna district and later moved to its current campus in Beylikdüzü.

Instruction is provided in three languages: Arabic, English, and Turkish.

The school is accredited by the Turkish Ministry of National Education, accredited by Cognia (formerly AdvancED), and licensed by the Yemeni Ministry of Education.
