Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the dalil-turkey.com website and related services (the "Platform"), operated by Dalil Turkey. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

Dalil Turkey is a B2B marketplace that helps buyers discover Türkiye-based suppliers across categories such as textiles, furniture, food and beverage, and industrial goods. The Platform displays supplier listings (including images, catalog files, contact details, and reviews) and allows buyers to submit quote requests (RFQs). Dalil Turkey is a facilitator only; we are not a party to any transaction or contract you enter into with a supplier.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering or editing your profile, and update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have provided false information, are being used for spam or fraud, or otherwise violate these Terms.

Buyer Conduct and Quote Requests

Buyers must submit genuine business inquiries only. You may not submit RFQs for the purpose of harvesting supplier contact details, sending unsolicited marketing, or any unlawful purpose. You acknowledge that the contact information you supply with an RFQ will be shared with the supplier you are contacting.

Supplier Conduct and Listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their listings, including product descriptions, images, prices (where shown), and catalog content. Suppliers must not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods, must not infringe third-party intellectual property, and must respond honestly to buyer inquiries. We may edit, hide, or remove listings that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

Credits, Buyer Requests, and Refunds

Suppliers may purchase credits to unlock buyer requests posted on the buyer-requests board. Unlocking a request reveals the buyer's contact details and opens a private message thread with that buyer. Credits are deducted at the rate shown at the time of unlocking; you are charged only once per request, and unlocking is the point at which a credit is spent. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and are non-refundable except as described here. No-reply guarantee: if you send a message to a buyer through the Platform after unlocking their request and the buyer does not reply within seven (7) days, the credit you spent on that request is automatically refunded to your balance. The guarantee applies only where you have actually contacted the buyer through the Platform; unlocking a request without sending a message does not qualify. Dalil Turkey charges no commission on transactions you conclude with buyers. We may adjust credit pricing and pack sizes prospectively; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (text, images, files). By submitting content, you grant Dalil Turkey a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, translate, and adapt that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform. The Platform's own text, software, design, and aggregated data remain the property of Dalil Turkey and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You may not: scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without our written permission; attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other access controls; reverse-engineer the Platform; use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content; impersonate any person or business; or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Platform.

Dalil Turkey's Role as Facilitator

Dalil Turkey is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any transaction, contract, payment, shipment, or dispute between buyers and suppliers. We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing, and we do not verify the identity of every user. Buyers should perform their own due diligence before entering into any transaction with a supplier.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Machine-Translated Content

Parts of the Platform can be displayed in additional languages (for example Turkish) using an automated machine-translation service provided by Google. Machine translations are generated automatically, are not reviewed by a human, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dalil Turkey, its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred (100) US dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dalil Turkey, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if continued access creates a security or operational risk. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@dalil-turkey.com.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Platform after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
