e-Nabız (Pulse) is the personal electronic health record system provided free by the Turkish Ministry of Health for every citizen and resident. It gathers your entire medical history in one place: test results, radiology images, prescriptions, doctors' reports, and past and upcoming appointments — regardless of which health institution you visited.

With your permission, doctors can access your health records directly, speeding up diagnosis, improving treatment quality, and creating a reliable communication channel between you and your medical team.

How to Log In

The easiest method: using your e-Devlet password or electronic signature. Click "Login via e-Government" and enter your credentials. If you don't yet have an e-Devlet account, you can register directly on the e-Nabız app or website using your ID number and creating a dedicated password. Then accept the terms of use and start browsing your full health profile. The app is available for Android and iOS.
